The Scots & Scottish History

A History of Scotland, its people, places, heritage and language. For such a small nation, the Scots and their decedents have helped influence and shape countries around the globe and no matter how many generations later this sense of belonging, our Scottish genealogical roots if you like, in many cases never seems to leave us.

Although our primary goal is to record how Duncan's played their part in Scottish History, we will include articles of interest on various Scottish historical events and help record how the Scots and their culture has played its part in other societies. We hope you will join us on the Society's Forum where we can discuss these various historical accounts.
