04. In memory of James Moir blacksmith Federate b.2 Feb1817 – d.6 Feb 1890 & of his wife Agnes Duncan d. the Firs, Ellon 28 Mar. 1899 in 82nd year. (base) Also their grandson Bertie Charles Forbes founder of Forbes Magazine b. Whitehill 14 May 1880 – d. New York 6 May 1954. (RHS0 In memory of Jeanie Helen dau. of George & Georgina Moir b.15 May 1889 – d,25 June 1889. said George Moir blacksmith Federate b.10 June 1854 – d.19 June 1895. His wife Georgina Smith d2 Apr. 1938 aged 84. 

16. Erected by his sorrowing widow Margaret Duncan in loving memory of George Slater blacksmith Auchreddie, New Deer d.13 Nov 1885 aged 51. Above Margaret Duncan d. Auchreddie 2 May 1906 aged 70. 

33. In memory of James son of Alexander 7 Margaret Duncan New Deer b28 Apr. 1856 – d.2 Oct. 1876 aged 20, their son Alexander d. in infancy. Isobel Innes d.18 May 1879 aged 93. Alexander Duncan gardner (sic) youngest son of above d. east Milton, Mass. USA 14 Aug 1888 aged 28. Above Alexander Duncan d.14 Jan 1896 aged 73, his wife Margaret Orrock Geddes d.9 Apr 1897 aged 77. 1 line motto. 

50. Erected by Ann Knox in memory of her father John Knox late farmer Denhead of Culsh d.15 Mar. 1855 aged 44. Her brother James d.30 Dec. 1870 aged 22 Her mother Elizabeth Duncan d.1 May 1888 aged 77.

This stone was erected by Alexander Ferguson farmer in Knaven in memory of his children Robert d27 Mar. aged 3, Chrstian, d. the same day aged 5, Isabel d.4 Apr in infancy, all in 1792, Barbara d.30 Apr 1807 aged 2. Barbara (sic) Duncan spouse of above d.20 May 1820 in 60th Year. Above Alexander Ferguson d.12 Sept 1841 aged 89. Bottom 2 Lines Verse. 

167. Er3ected in memory of James Ogston late miller Old Maud d.24 May 1836 aged 80 his spouse Elizabeth Sellor d.9 Jan. 1857 aged 80. Also John Smith late blacksmith Nethermuir d.6 June 1844 aged 72, his spouse Helen Ogston d.26 Apr. 1838 aged 82, their dau. Mary Smith wife of James Duncan d.16 Apr. 1839 aged 32 & her infant child. Alo Rachel Mackie 2nd wife of John Smith d.20 Feb 1871. 

252. Here lies interred Andrew Mathers d. in South Culsh in May 1794 aged 64 & Barbara Duncan his Spouse d. in May 1769 aged 46. William Mathers their son d. July 1756 aged 14 Margrat Kiloh spouse to the above in Crichie d.4? May 1795? Aged 33. Andrew Maithers (sic) Little Mill of Crichie d.16 Nov 1843 in 89th year also son William Mathers feur in Stuartfield d.1 Mar 1860 aged75, Isabella his dau. d.22 June 1841 aged 19 mths. Isabella Cruickshank (sic) his wife b, 5 Nov 1805 – d.25 Nov 1880.
