top or Recumbent Stone now against wall.
Here lyes the body of PETER MILN who was Milnward at Miln of Towie for 46
years and departed this life 7th February 1731. Likewise his spouse AGNES
DUNCAN who departed this life 3d July 1730.

In loving memory of JEAN DUNCAN SMITH, Sauchenward, died on 24th Oct. 1938.
Bt 36. (Lair 641,
642, 643) In loving memory of JESSIE GAULD, wife of HUGH McINTOSH died at
Glack, Botriphnie, 17th Feb. 1909 aged 75 years. The above HUGH McINTOSH who
died at Coldhome, Auchindoun, 5th April 1926 aged 88 years.

655, 656, 657) Here lyes JANET DUNCAN who depart this life January 28 1699,
spouse to JAMES SELLAR.

547, 548 & 682, 683, 684) In loving memory of our father THOMAS DUNCAN who
died at Kennethmont 8th March 1929 aged 86 years. Also our mother ANN REID
RENNIE who died at Tenantown 17th Dec 1905 aged 50 years. Also our sister
MAGGIE who died at Keith 15th Dec. 1913 aged 23 years.

Bt 73a. Here lies
the dust of GEORGE DUNCAN, sometime Farmer in Corrie, son of JOHN DUNCAN and
MARGARET GORDON, who died December the 27th 1801 aged 85 years. G.D., as
also JANET DUNCAN and three children, JOHN, THOMAS and ELIZABETH ROBERTSON
all came to full age. Also GEORGE ROBERTSON, late Feuar in Newmill, who died
29th Novr. 1838 aged 86. Also CHRISTAN TAYLOR his spouse died 23rd Janry.
1847 in the 90th year of her age.

GEORGE DUNCAN, Farmer, Kirktown of Deskford in memory of his wife MARGARET
SHEARER who died the 25th October 1857 aged 33 years. The said GEORGE DUNCAN
died at Kirktown of Deskford on the 25th April 1891 aged 80 years .
Bt 77. Erected in
memory of ALEXANDER DUNCAN, Farmer, Mains of Bellyhack who died on the 13th
October 1842 aged 75. Of his spouse JANNET WILSON who died on the 23rd May
1852 aged 71.
Bt 78. 1872. Erected
by WILLIAM DUNCAN, Farmer, Mains of Bellyhack, in memory of his wife JANE
GRANT who died the 29th April 1867 aged 40. And of their children WILLIAM
who died April 1854 aged 6 years, JANET who died 29th May 1867 aged 17
years. The above WILLIAM DUNCAN died the 1st May 1874 aged 67 years.

495, 496, 497, 498, 499, 500, 501, 502) In memory of ALEXANDER DUNCAN died
at Mains of Bellyhack 2nd Oct, 1918 aged 62. Also of his family GORDON, died
in infancy 5th March 1901, JAMES died 13th July 1914 aged 31, FRANCIS
CHARLES fell in action 22nd Nov. 1916 aged 22. GEORGE died 2nd May 1917 aged
38, WILLIAM died 27th Jan. 1918 aged 40. JANET died 1st Dec. 1918 aged 30.
And his wife MARGARET DUNCAN who died 13th Feb. 1944 aged 86. ALEXANDER died
9th Feb. 1966 aged 85. Also JEMIMA MORE died 24th July 1981 aged 83.
Bt 112. (Lair 366,
367, 368) 1864. Erected by MARGARET GAULD in memory of her husband JOHN
DUNCAN, Farmer, Corrie, who died 16th November 1858 aged 65 years, also
their eldest son WILLIAM who died 27th October 1863 aged 31 years, also the
said MARGARET GAULD died at Easter Corrie 19th December 1872 aged 74 years.
Also of their grandchild JOHN GAULD DUNCAN died at Easter Corrie 15th Feby.
1867 aged 9 months, also ALEXANDER DUNCAN, 4th years Medical Student,
brother of the said JOHN GAULD DUNCAN son of JOHN DUNCAN, Farmer at
Edinglassie, Glass, was born at Easter Corrie, Botriphnie, 1st March 1870
and died at Edinglassie 10th March 1894. Also the above JOHN DUNCAN died at
Edinglassie 19th June 1899 aged 63 years, also of ANNE ROBERTSON, wife of
the above died at Edinglassie 1st April 1913 aged 75 years. Their daughter
MARY, wife of D. CAMPBELL, Missionary, died at Luanza, Central Africa, 1st
Nov. 1902 aged 40 years.
Bt 113. Erected by
ELIZABETH DUNCAN in memory of her beloved husband WILLIAM MURRAY who died at
Pathsides, Parish of Bellie, 7th May 1870 aged 41 years. And of their son
WILLIAM who died in infancy on 15th December 1863 at Corrie, Bellyhack. The
above ELIZABETH DUNCAN born at Corrie, Bellyhack 26th Oct. 1833 and died at
Pathside 7th Nov. 1896.

Bt 126. (Lair 299, 300, 301, 302, 303, 304, 305) Erected by PETER
STRACHAN, Midton, Bellyhack, in memory of his grandfather PETER DUFF who
died at Midton 29th July 1863 aged 76 years. And AGNES DUNCAN, spouse of the
said PETER DUFF, who died there on the 11th March 1875 aged 88 years. Also
of his children FANNY who died at Midton on the 30th April 1877 aged 15
years & ELEANOR who died there 17th Nov. 1879 aged 5 years. Also of the
above PETER STRACHAN who died at Midtown Cottage, Newmil (sic), Keith, on
the 25th December 1902 aged 76 years. Also JEMIMA MOIR, wife of the said
PETER STRACHAN who died at Midtown Cottage, Newmill, Keith, on the 25th
January 1910 aged 70 years.
Bt 172a. This stone
was recovered from outside the churchyard wall, its original location is
unknown.

aged 67 years. Also his wife MARY DUNCAN died 29th June 1982 aged 79 years.
Their daughter ELSIE ANN died at Sauchenward 13th June 1989 aged 54 years.

loving memory of JOHN WHYTE, Farmer, Turffhillock, who died 18Feb. 1969 aged
65 years, beloved husband of JANE ELIZABETH DUNCAN who died 21st May.
